tectol Emulsion B is a ready-to-use, water-dilutable release emulsion for wooden formwork and production boards used in concrete block production.

The product is free from mineral oils and solvents and is suitable for use on conventional wooden production boards.

Application:
tectol Supercast 1100 DE is a ready-to-use high-performance release agent for direct demoulding. The product has been specially developed for the requirements of direct demoulding in precast concrete plants. The proportion of renewable raw materials is > 80 mass %.

tectol B-Cast Concentrate can be used to produce tectol B-Cast Emulsion.

This is suitable for the direct demolding of concrete components mostly produced by the vibro-pressing method. The product contains a high proportion of base oils from renewable raw materials.

tectol Supercast 3100 may be used at mould temperatures up to 60 °C. tectol Supercast 3100 is not applicable to formworks, which are exposed to rain.
