Admixture dispensers for concrete admixtures
DOSITRONIC TYP EK 4-10 P
The DOSITRONIC Type EK 4-10 P admixture scale works with a load cell in accordance with the strain gage principle. The weighing container is mounted on a tubular steel frame such that no significant lateral forces are introduced. 4 fill lines are guided from the top in the weighing container. Each fill line has a mechanical pressure relief valve. The net weight is 10 kg.
A line with a spray nozzle for automatic water flushing additionally leads into the weighing chamber. The rinsing lines have a rinsing valve, as well as a pressure regulator with pressure gage installed upstream. Each weighing container has a level switch with reed contact as overfill protection, which closes when overfilled.
The weighing containers are discharged through a pneumatically actuated ball valve, single acting, spring actuated, with end position feedback, in free fall directly into the mixer(s). The pneumatically actuated ball valves for discharging the weighing container are normally closed.
The liquids scale should be installed above the mixer level. A compressed air maintenance unit is used to clean, adjust and monitor the compressed air. As an option, an additional discharge pump can be provided per chamber for faster discharge of the scale.
Cable terminal boxes are mounted for easy connection of the scale to the control technology and electronic diagnostic system. The DOSITRONIC Type EK 4-10 P is mounted in a sheet steel housing and is thus protected against dust and moisture.

The DOSITRONIC Type DK 4-20 P admixture scale works with a load cell in accordance with the strain gage principle. 4 fill lines are guided from the top in the double-chamber weighing container, 2 fill lines each per weighing chamber. The net weight is 2 x10 kg. Each fill line has a mechanical pressure relief valve.
A line with a spray nozzle for automatic water rinsing additionally leads into the weighing chamber. The rinsing lines have a rinsing valve per weighing chamber, as well as a pressure regulator with pressure gage installed upstream.

The volumetric admixture dosing system DOSIMATIC EK 2-5 P is based on the principle of level measurement. The dosing tank contains 4 adjustable level probes that are adjustable in terms of their sensitivity. This means that you automatically control up to 4 different dosing quantities. In addition, you can set any number of dosing quantities by adjusting the level probes.
The acrylic glass dosing cylinder provides easy visual control of the dosed quantity. A line with a spray nozzle for automatic water flushing additionally leads into the dosing cylinder. The rinsing line has a pneumatic rinsing valve, as well as a pressure regulator with pressure gage installed upstream. A compressed air maintenance unit is used to clean, adjust and monitor the compressed air. The DOSIMATIC EK 2-5 P is mounted in a sheet steel housing and is thus protected against dust and moisture.
The dosing cylinder is filled using feed pumps. These are mounted above the corresponding storage tank. The dosing unit should be installed above the mixer level. Complete discharge takes place in free fall directly into the mixer.
