Our accelerators of hardening guarantee faster formwork and pallet turnover. Accelerators allow for concreting at low temperatures and shorten the setting time of the concrete
The concrete thus attains early strength more quickly. By adding setting accelerators, you optimize your work processes, since the drying processes are significantly shorter. Accelerators are used for example in the production of concrete blocks and precast concrete parts.
Our ALPHALITH® 3 (BE) and ALPHALITH® Accel series products bring significant advantages:
• Quicker formwork handling and pallet turnover
• Significant reduction of heating measures or no such measures needed at all
• Concreting at low temperatures
• Early achievement of the minimum strength of 5 N/mm² required for frost resistance

ALPHALITH®
ALPHALITH® 3 (BE)
Product:
ALPHALITH® Accelerator 3 BE is a chloride-free accelerator ofhardening for the production of non-reinforced concrete products.
ALPHALITH® Accelerator 3 BE gives an early increase of the rate of reaction of the cement constituents. The formation of the strength-giving hydration phases, esp. C3S and C3A is being accelerated.
This results in a substantial increase of early strength. Depending on type and composition of cement increases in final strength have been observed.

ALPHALITH® Accel 100 (BE)
Product:
AlPHALITH® Accel 100 (BE) is a new -generation accelerator of hardening based on CSH-nanocrystal seeds, designed to accelerate the rate of hardening of concrete at a very early stage of hydration.
During cement hydration the grow th of Calcium Silicate Hydrate crystals is significantly accelerated by the crystal grow th of synthetic nanocrystals resulting in significant increase of early strength development at any curing temperatures.
Very signif icant increase in early strength development is achieved at low ambient temperatures and low concrete temperatures.

ALPHALITH® Accel 200 (BE)
Product:
ALPHALITH® Accel 200 (BE) is a nitrate-free new-generation accelerator of hardening based on CSH-nanocrystal seeds, designed to accelerate the rate of hardening of concrete at a very early stage of hydration.
During cement hydration the growth of Calcium Silicate Hydrate crystals is significantly accelerated by the crystal growth of synthetic nanocrystals resulting in significant increase of early strength development, in particular also at low curing temperatures.
Without negative impact on final strength and durability.

- considerably increased turnover of formwork in Concrete precast production
- considerably reduced or eliminated heat curing or steamcuring
- reduced CO2–emission
- allows reduction of cement content, use of lower grade cement or higher amount of cement substitutes, e.g. flyash or limestone powder

ALPHALITH® Accel F-300 (BE)
Product:
ALPHALITH® Accel F-300 (BE) is a liquid setting accelerator and antifreeze for concrete.
Significant increases in early strength development are achieved especially at low hardening temperatures.
Features:
ALPHALITH® Accel F-300 (BE) accelerates the initial setting of the concrete and at the same time lowers the freezing point of the water in the concrete. This provides but is not limited to the following advantages:
- faster reloading of formwork
- energy savings thanks to reduced heat treatment
